USER AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions listed below.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
GENERAL
I reserve the right to accept or reject any request for any reason. Do provide as many clear references, as it's required for your requet to be accepted. All commissions will contain my watermark which may not be removed under any circumstances. Commissions are for personal use ONLY, unless requested otherwise (see USE section).

USE
All work is for personal use unless the additional fee has been added. You cannot turn my work into an NFT, use it for AI training, or alter the image unless it is necessary for use (i.e. cropping the image to fit into a thumbnail or banner). Credit for my work must be provided using any of my socials.PAYMENTS
All payments are paid in USD currency and can either be paid upfront, or with a 50/50 split payment. For the split payment, half is due up front, and the other half is to be paid after the sketch is reviewed and approved before more progress can be made. Additional fees are as follows:
Personal Use (Included): Non-monetized use, social banners, personal collections, sharing with friends
Commercial Use +100% price (double the total): Use in monetized content such as twitch, youtube, etc.
Commercial Use & Merchandising Fee: +200% (triple the total): Use in merchandise and reproduction, anything that you will sell, digitally or physically
Privacy Fee +100% price (double the total): The work will not be shown to the public in any way until the agreed upon date.
REVISIONS
After the sketch is reviewed and approved, only two revisions are allowed.REFUNDS
Once the commission has been started, the buyer may not request a refund. If the commission is cancelled due to issues with the client’s behavior, a refund will not be provided. If I have to cancel the commission, the buyer will receive a full refund.COMMUNICATION
If you would like updates on your commission, feel free to send me a message here, or on twitter and I'll respond when able. You are always welcome to watch your commission live on stream, hang out, tell me about your character, watch the progress, and make any slight changes. For larger revisions though, please go through the proper channels.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
You may set a deadline within reason if desired, otherwise your commission will take 1-2 months once progress has begun. Any complications or revisions may cause a delay and will be communicated. If you're piece needs to be labeled as a prioity with a stricter deadline that needs to be finished quickly, a rush fee will be applied
